My name is Yasir, Secondary English, pastoral middle leader in Manchester with a background in inclusion and behaviour and school governance. I’m committed to allyship, diversity in the school workforce, quality classrooms experiences, pastoral care and advocating for those whose voices need to be amplified.

Shabnam

I’m Shabnam, a lecturer in Race and Education at Leeds Beckett University. I am also lead coach for the Anti-Racist School Award at the Centre for Race, Education and Decoloniality and have over 20 years of experience in Primary and EYFS. I’m a neuro-diverse, queer woman of Bangladeshi heritage, who will always represent the underdog and make the future fit for all.

Benjamin

My name is Benjamin. Based in Liverpool, I’m a secondary teacher with experience of SLT as well as Headship. My professional roles have centred around setting up new schools, quality systems and staff development. I’m driven to leave the ladder down and help support others on their own professional journeys.
